Returns & Exchanges Policy
Return Period
Returns can be requested within 7 days from the date of purchase. Unfortunately, returns or exchanges cannot be accepted after this period.
Return Conditions
- The item must be unused and in the same condition as when it was received.
- The product must be returned in its original packaging.
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete the return process.
- Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs, which are non-refundable.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email confirming receipt of the product. You will also be informed whether your refund has been approved or rejected.
If approved, the refund will be processed and applied to your original payment method within several business days.
Late or Missing Refunds

- Then contact your credit card provider, as posting times may vary.
- Next contact your bank, since processing times can differ.

Sale Items
Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Discounted items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges

You are responsible for the return shipping costs. Shipping fees are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, the return shipping cost will be deducted from the refund amount.
