II. Entry Guide for Exhibitors

1. Domestic Exhibitors

• Complete real-name authentication before the exhibition.
• Enter the venue through the exhibitors' entrance with a valid Exhibitor Badge and ID card during the exhibition period.

2. Overseas Exhibitors

• Complete the real-name authentication process with personal information before the exhibition.
• Enter the venue with an Exhibitor Badge.

3. Important Reminder

• Children are prohibited from entering during the build period.

III. Entry Guide for Visitors

1. Domestic Visitors

• Complete the online registration process.
• Claim the Visitor Badge with a QR code at the domestic visitors counter on-site and enter with the badge.

2. Overseas Visitors

• Complete the online registration process.
• Claim the Visitor Badge at the overseas visitors counter on-site before entry.

3. Child Visitors

• Children under 14 must be accompanied by adult relatives or friends.
• Sign a Children Safety Commitment at the entrance counter. After acknowledging relevant notices, they may enter with parents or relatives.

4. Admission Tickets

• Free of charge.
• Enter by presenting an ID card or exhibition pass after completing real-name pre-registration via official channels or on-site registration.

IV. Entry Time

1. Exhibitors

• May 5–7: 9:00–17:30
• May 8: 9:00–15:00

2. Visitors

• May 5–7: 9:30–17:00
• May 8: 9:30–14:00

3. Additional Notes

• Children are prohibited from entering during the build period.
• Pets are strictly prohibited throughout the exhibition, including build days.

• Consistency of identification and badge is required for all entry. Badges are valid for personal use only.
